Public portal
News, useful documents and clear entry points for customer services.
A digital service platform connecting water utility customers with the operator’s internal team.
Open original screenshot ↗Customers need a clear way to submit readings, view invoices and send requests. Operators need the corresponding records, statuses and responsibilities in one administration interface.
I organize the experience around three perspectives: public information, the authenticated customer account and role-based internal administration. Each flow connects the customer’s action with a record the operator can follow up.
News, useful documents and clear entry points for customer services.
Invoice PDFs, reading history and meter-index submission. Demo checks reject decreasing readings and duplicate monthly submissions.
Issue reporting with location, online document submission and status tracking for the internal team.
Dashboards, users, invoices and documents, with separate accountant and operator permissions.
Individual submission links, recipient selection and email/SMS previews. Customers who already submitted a reading are skipped.
A clear invoice-to-payment flow demonstrated through a simulated payment, with no actual money collected.
In my CV, the future AI layer is a RAG assistant over client records, procedures and operational documentation. I treat this as an extension to the verified portal, with access-controlled retrieval and carefully selected data sent to any external model. SmartBill, Netopia/EuPlătesc and smart-meter support are integration concepts, not live capabilities claimed for this demo.

The demonstration uses fictional accounts and records. Payments are simulated and email/SMS messages are stored as previews rather than dispatched. Production requires external PostgreSQL for the intended deployment, live payment and messaging integrations, plus privacy and security validation.
